I have.

I try not to walk around with one. Will head to the water and cool off. But so often just laying out in the sun and it's like magic, my little 2 inches grows to it's full 3.75 inches!

If so, did anyone notice?
Probably. But I try not to bring attention to it so I don't really look all around seeing if anyone notices or start walking around because of it either. Plus, since I'm not that big, any one that does probably just thinks I'm semi hard

I have gotten hard while being nude on a beach (although not really a nudist beach, just close to one), but there was no one around (at least no one i can remember seeing), so i don't think anyone noticed. Plus i was about 15 or so at the time, so most people wouldn't have bothered to check me out in the first place.

And i'm not sure how long exactly i've been hard, but being hard ended as soon as i jerked off on the same beach.

Never been to a nudist beach or resort. But, two places where nudity is accepted that I got a boner:

When 14 I was at a basketball camp. (Forced by parents; I hate basketball.) Every afternoon we got to swim (my favorite part). In locker room changing to swimwear, most of the boys wrapped towel around waist to took off their gym shorts and put on swim trunks without being seen. I have been, but mostly when laying down; so I'd just turn over until it subsided. If it would happen to me when I wasn't in that position I'm not sure how I'd react. Probably just try and cover it, in so far as that doesn't make things worse. Luckily it doesn't take too much to cover everything

I have, in saunas and sauna resorts. People definitely did notice, but nobody really cares as long as you don't make it obscene. I did make it obscene once though and I played with my pucker in a sauna room with just one guy who seemed to enjoy what he sees. As for how long, the longest was probably low tens of minutes of a hard-on.
