Well, it's mostly verbal degradation. It's something I kind of have to be in a specific mindset for, though. Anything that makes me feel vulnerable and exposed is good too.

I've been caught a handful of times, mostly by family members. Usually a parent. It was when I was younger and had just started learning about masturbation, and I forgot to lock the door a few times. Thankfully I always masturbated under a blanket, so when it happened, we were both able to just kind of pretend nothing was happening.
