Forced workout for girls

Girls, are you out of shape? Need some motivation for workout training? Well, this thread is for you.

Girls who post here agree to submit themselves to a period during which anyone can give them workout training, within reason. To enter, fill out the following:

- How long you are in:
- How fit you are right now:
- Desired incentives / rewards:
- Have you completed the entry exercises:

Entry exercises: to welcome you into this post, you will first do a set of workouts for me. These include 10 pushups, 30 situps, and 1 minute of wallsit. You must complete them before you post here.

Once you post you will agree to complete all exercises given to you as long as you are in and report back your progress. Detailed reports are always nice but they can be as simple as "30 push ups done, 10 more to go." Anyone can give you specific tasks to complete, or give global tasks (e.g. 10 push ups for all). If you want incentives or rewards for workout, you may also write them down and some nicer doms might be willing to trade some workout you do for rewards. No guarantees though. I will try to give tasks to every girl who posts here. Have fun and be healthy!
