I bind myself using soft cuffs that are secure to my wrists and ankles with Velcro. There is a d-ring on each cuff. Whatever I’m going to restrain myself to will have some type of ring as well. I usually use a spring clip to attach the cuff to whatever ring. I can get out by working my writes enough to have enough slack to press the spring clip. Not always the easiest, but safe. I have been getting into restraining myself for someone else, and have used padlocks on each connection point. This I have not been able to get myself out of without the keys.

I have a sawhorse that I usually use that has 4 eyebolts, but for tables and chairs I have used tiewraps to secure a ring to a leg. Been flirting with the idea of using a hoist with a remote control, and lifting a bar that with my arms are attached to or my legs. The thought of being suspended upside down has opened a few thoughts of what could be done while in selfbondage

Depends on the day. Hand cuffs can be used or rope.
I also have timer/bluetooth locks that can be remotely set. I have sleep sacks with auto winder on laces so they can be used on a timer. I also have loockign clothing that can be used with the above locks

How do you bind yourself? Ankles together or spread to ends of the bed with rope, kids handcuffs with the safety catch so you dont need a key, wrists together cuffs tied to head of bed.

How do you untie whatever you do?, I can use the safety clip to release handcuffs, then untie, set a timer and stay tied until it goes off 30 mins for example


the other way I have done it before a few times is to tie string with slip knot sloops for my wrists at on end and binding clips at the other, clip to nipples and run the string around the head of the bed to my wrists and pull them tight, then i can only release by pulling the clips off and having the pain.

That is genius. I've never got into self-bondage, the idea of keys in ice, electronic timers and things don't really appeal to me. But the idea that I can escape, through pain to my nipples, balls etc...I think we're onto something here!
