What is your most memorable dare?
Without a doubt the one described in this blog post where I accumulated a number of tasks to do while I was on travel. It's memorable both for how degrading it was and for the scrutiny by TSA.

What are you wearing at this very moment?
Long sleeved t-shirt, cargo pants, plaid shirt, wool socks, and women's underwear (I had asked for permission to go commando, but this was the permission I was given)

What is your most memorable moment in your life?
Oooh, that's hard. Most memorable? After 51 years, I have lots of memories - some good and some scarring. I've never considered ranking them per se. How do you rank the birth of a child against a phone call informing you of an unexpected death? Certainly, the more memorable ones are those tied to strong emotions, and the most memorable of those for me are negative experiences I prefer not to recount.
