For me, a coconut powered ipod and alot of soap.

Ipod - definitely... I'd need it to pass the time + I can listen to music all year round if needed

Soap - good choice obviously for hygienic purposes your safe for the rest of your time on that island

But if I was going to be choosing in the spirit of fun - a picture of my boyfriend and high quality video camera

A GPS enabled boat that runs on solar energy or biodisel. Also this boat must include enough rations ( military food) for a year and a couple months and a nice comfy bed and a fully stocked first aid kit and also a satelite phone

I'm with heishere... a machete (with saw on back) and a fire-starter of sorts (flint or magnesium). Or maybe a whetstone, since one can start a fire without tools, if need be, but sharpening the machete would be more difficult.
