Mostly boxers, sweatpants and a shirt. I'll drop the shirt when it gets warmer and the sweatpants when it gets really hot. When I'm on Mallorca I'm naked most of the time, but it's not hot enough in Germany that I need to do this here too.

If I lived alone or with someone who didn't mind, I'd prefer one of these:
- Diaper, kid-like clothes (shortalls, onesie, footy pajamas, etc.)
- Diaper, collar
- Naked, collar
- Diaper, t-shirt, maybe socks
- T-shirt, nothing else

Always a diaper and generally fleece pajamas of some kind... I have a lot of fleece pajamas with Stewie from Family Guy that I like to wear a lot... and a t-shirt. When I am by myself, usually just diaper and t-shirt unless it is too cold.
