Heya! I saw you wanted to lose weight, I don't have any dares for you but I do have a tip for you. I have tried many diets, and I am also lazy so they didn't work very well.
I decided to do a 1200 Kcal diet, you should look up the scheme of kcal for breakfast, dinner and lunch and in between stuff. It really helped me, because this diet is so easy it's easy to hold on, and you don't need to be hungry at all, AND you can eat bad things from time to time if you want to.
Also, I don't know where abouut you live, but walking / jogging on the beach helps a lot, it's heaven for your legs. Because of the sand you put more effort into trying to stay up.
