Another task from RST.

Last week I was punished by RST.

I have agreed to be obedient to him and be trained as a piggy under him. I was in need of discipline and he provided it.

One of the first things that happened after he took me into his service was a punishment. He immediately knew what a slut I was and disciplined me for it. He saw the desperate need in me to be controlled and decided to start off my subservience to him with a reminder of what I am.

Things are going so much better.

I'm able to use the spinning bike for 15 minutes a day. I can walk for an hour.

It's so good to be mobile again!

The last two weeks flew by. I went away and had a break from everything.

This is going to be a good year.

My back and feet are still healing slowly. My physio is helping me regain function and lose weight with structured exercises - one day at a time. I can walk 4 times around the block now, which is a massive achievement. I have an exercise routine which I do every day - physio adjusts it every week.

I have hope again. I can get back to full function again, and while I'm working towards it, I have a great opportunity to tone my core muscles and improve my overall health.

I've written so many blog entries about weight loss over the years.

When I started, I felt fat, ugly, unworthy. I was miserable. I'd had a great eating plan and I exercised and looked fantastic - until I got depressed and started eating.

I lost weight, graduated thinner.

Then I worked in a job I hated and ate and drank my feelings away. Looked and felt terrible. Split my clothes.

Each time - cycling back - eating well then giving up - regaining...

After four weeks in a cast, I can weigh myself again! I've lost some weight but much of it is muscle....anyway, here we go with a public record of my weight. Hoping the shame drives me to lose properly.

After a semi-successful start to the weight loss, I managed to fall over the weekend and pick up four broken bones in my foot.

This puts a damper on the weight loss - standing on a scale is fairly impossible. Standing at all is impossible because of injuries to the other foot (no breaks at least)!

So the new plan.......I'm hoping someone has good suggestions for weight loss while less mobile.

I'm watching what I eat and drink very carefully now.
