- Lilith will wear the smallest form of chastity she is able to permanently, up/downgeading when possible.

- Whenever Lilith is able to, she will wear a PINK diaper.
current exceptions to the rule:
- When at work or school.
- When unable to afford diapers.
- When going into too public a place.
- When romantic partner visits (diapers are a limit for them).
- Lilith is no longer allowed to use the toilet in her own house.
Clothing
- Lilith is banned from wearing jeans, partially to make (humiliating) diaper checks easier. She will only be allowed to wear skirts and dresses and booty shorts from now on.
- Lilith will start heel training, she will wear her current high heel goal at all times when home (this includes wearing while sleeping.
Stuffing myself
- Lilith will sleep with a large buttplug seven nights a week.
Regular habits
- Once a week Lilith will clean her apartment entirely while wearing a diaper and a complete slutty maid outfit.
- The curtains will be open and no attempt to hide can be made.
- No changing out of the the outfit until all chores have been done.
- The diaper stays on until it leaks.
