My ad looking for a slave seems to have become invisible!
Did you see where my ad went? I don't see one in the ad section and I don't see a link in my signature to one. It seems to have just poofed!
But it must be somewhere because otherwise, I wouldn't keep receiving PMs about taking on a new sub. How confusing.
Maybe I didn't post it in the ad section and it's floating around in a different section of the site? That could be why I can't find it.
But wait! I haven't dommed in over two years. I haven't had the time. I also have absolutely zero urge to domme anyone at this moment in time. I identify as a switch but I am definitely more submissive. When life is so busy and I have to spend 24/7 being an adult, making decisions and rarely getting to let out my subby side, I most definitely am not feeling the sadistic urges I get when life is less hectic. When I'm so crazy busy and forced to be an adult, all I want is to let out my subby or little side, neither of which scream domme.
That's probably why my signature does not link to an invisible ad, but instead states that I don't want to be anyone's sub or domme, or give or take tasks. I already HAVE a Dom. I have no desire to replace him. (Unless he doesn't get me the unicorn he promised.) If you look at my recent threads and posts you will see it's all tasks approved by my Dom for me to do and the odd posts in denial and may I threads. Other than that though? There's absolutely no inkling that I'm looking for a sub. But let's pretend I am. What type of sub would I look for?
Now obviously, it would be someone I have never spoken to before, someone I have no idea about in regards to kinks and limits and someone I have no clue about in regards to their personality and overall demeanor. Because that's the best type of person to start a relationship with! Anyone who says differently is clearly delusional. There's no need to get to know someone first, make sure you mesh with your likes and that you get along. No need to build trust and respect between you both. Who wants that? That's just silly.
Let's not forget that it's also the best idea to take on a sub that obviously hasn't read a single word of your profile, because you really want someone who reads nothing you say. I wonder how that works when reading tasks and orders? How very confusing!
Maybe it's opposite day and when you say you don't want a sub, you really mean you do? Perhaps I should switch my signature and profile to accommodate opposite day. Or maybe I don't know what I want and when I say I don't want a sub, I'm just lying to myself. Yes, that must be it. I want all the subs! I'm plainly confused and don't know what my own desires are anymore.

You are so lucky you only miss an invisible ad. I do miss messages quite frequently. People send me friend requests and who would do that without any context, right? But no, can't find the message nor threads nor blog comments I saw those people requesting my friendship.
On another site, actually mainly for watching porn, since I added an avatar (a cute face pic of me), I also get messages out of the blue. I shouldn't have put in that caption "Please write me since I am so lonely, no matter who you are. I beg you to ask my silly questions like How are you? How is your day? What do you do right now? What is your gender? Do you want some dick pics?"

On the other hand, having an invisible ad is way better than having no ad section at all. Imagine people would write us asking if we want to be their boss or their slave because there was no place to go to and meet people who want to consensual engage or play with other people. Oh wait, they do. Could it be that the whole ad section has gone invisible. Or our society progressed into a state where consent isn't a thing anymore?

I have never ever posted an ad looking for a slave or sub and yet I get people messaging me multiple times a week asking me to Domme them. Even when I explain that I have two subs and am not looking for another at this time, they try to convince me why they are the most special little muffin I have ever laid hands upon and how I should make an exception for them .... it just boggles my mind!
I did once make this Looking for a new sub. But unfortunately, I think the technology was too advanced for a lot of the inquiring species. *eye roll*
