Somebody that is under 18 wants me to be there mistress is it legal for me to? Please help

The safest answer to this question is no, no.... and mainly no. The rules on the website state that you must be 18 or older to participate in any M/s or TorD activities. Depending where you are in the world, their may very well be laws prohibiting sexual activities with a minor. You're best to stay away. This is best piratical answer I can give you. However, should this individual like to be educated on the lifestyle, I don't see that resulting in much of an issue, but that is my personal opinion. Just mind your boundaries and make sure you understand the consequences that can result from your actions.

While it might be automatically safer to just say no. If you would like to do so, the best thing's to look into are the laws both where you are, and where they are. (Both are likely to be brought up if there's legal issues).

Chances are that while you could still give online instructions, rules, and tasks, any form of proof (taking pictures or webcam) would be illegal even where the act would be fine (e.g. in the UK the age of consent is 16, yet under 18 is child porn... Funnily enough at 16 you are legal age to have sex with anyone you wish, in any way you wish, but you're not allowed to see how the act is performed by others... work that one out). It is worth remembering though that this site does frown on any s/m stuff with under 18s, purely as it has to err on the side of caution when it comes to several areas of the world where the age of consent is 18.

In real life:
If no sexual intercource is done. Than it no doubt it legal. I'm not going into detail. And do not want any comments on my stated fact.

Online: Anything is legal. Since you cannot have sex through computers. :P

getDare: Not legal or illegal but against the rules, If all conversations are done off of getDare, I am sure it is ok.

These are facts, no doubt. Case closed pretty much :P

As far as the legality peaceful and prana have pretty much said it all. All I can add to this is that it may be safe to check and double-check both in your area/country and this person as well.

False. If anything was legal there would be no need for Internet Laws. Some of these laws are actually one of the reason why the site's age restriction rule has changed last year.

Of course, you can't have sex with a computer. But you can, through a computer, incite a minor to sexual acts that are against the law and can be prosecuted.

Here on the site S/M is strictly 18+ and has been even before the whole site became 18+ for obvious reasons. That means not only no postings for advertisements but solliciting or engaging in it with a minor. If found out or reported we will ban either temporarily or permanently, depending if it's a first offense or a repeated one.

If the person who approached the OP is under 18 and registered after May 2011 then technically they should not even be here and had to lie about their age upon registering which itself is another issue.

We rarely take actions on what happens via other communication modes like messenger. Exceptionally we may intervene in cases of threats, bullying, etc.
