A Guide To getDare Truth or Dare Submissions

About 70% of submissions for the front page are rejected. Those sending items in too often fail to follow the directions that appear on the submission pages. When you submit content that has to be completely rewritten to make even the slightest amount of sense, it gets trashed.

On any given week we get people submitting slave/master ads to the frontage and handfuls of dares to e-mail pics or "have sex with another player." Users who find this acceptable truly baffle me.

This is a good day for user submissions:

The first entry has already been submitted in a hundred different variations and has no capitalization BUT is a good submission otherwise. For some reason there is a forward-slash at the end of the sentence though.
The second entry has no capitalization and words used incorrectly.
The third entry has no capitalization, "AOL speak", and violates our rules.
The fourth entry is a great truth item but better fits into the Slumber Party section. It also has spelling and "AOL speak" issues.

How can I get my items approved?

Attempt proper capitalization and spelling (nobody is perfect but at least try!).
Read all the instructions on the submission page.

What section should I submit my item to?

When you select a set from the drop-down, its guidelines are shown below. Before you hammer that submit button, see if they fit!

I'm not a great writer so I understand the struggles of many users. All I ask is you read the instructions on these pages and attempt some basic grammar. Getting the set or rating wrong is not a big deal. Unfortunately these are the least of most users problems.
