I saw that as well, and I don't think it's allowed seeing as said person is sixteen. But it is against the rules here. Whether people are taking part in it away from here, we don't know. But it's against the rules here, and always has been. I'm not sure exactly, you'll have to ask depp.

If you are setting up anything sexual in nature on getDare you must be over 18. If you are under 18 and your posting is not sexual in nature it is fine.
