Lather up a bar of soap, make sure you get it nice, wet, and soapy. Rub some of the lather on your ass crack, then slide the bar of soap into your ass. Leave it in for an hour. Roll a single dice. The number you roll is how many times in the hour you have to put water in your ass to keep the bar of soap nice and wet and soapy. If you fail the dare, you must repeat it, but before inserting the bar of soap, squeeze some shampoo into your ass as well, and the time increases by 30 minutes. This will continue until you can successfully complete the dare.

I've done it before, just stings a little, and makes you use the bathroom a lot lol, but nothing bad.

When I've done this before, I've found that the lathering and water used can actually give you a slight enema. The same as anally masturbating in a bath. It's quite cleansing and can be done by anyone. I just recommend taking care.

it wont kill you but the soap and shampoo can cause some drying of the membrane in your anus and cause some discomfort.
