Default Help me lose weight.

Hey first of all sorry that I let my last thread die like that but I had a shit load of problems in real life.

But now to the fun part. As I'm already mentioned I have to lose some weight. To be honest about 100 pounds. So I thought it would be awesome if the nice people of getdare could motivat me with dares.

I will do edging and orgasm denial dares plus some light cbt is also okay. As for punishment I will do anal but only with my dildo and no ass too mouth.


Last but not least, there is a slight problem with this, I'm physically disabled, so I can't really do anything besides going for a walk but I am sure that you the people of getdare will find a way to work around this problem.

So, I'm not going to ask you to tell me about the nature of your disability, but I've lived for years with debilitating and unpredictable illness, and have dear crip friends that I work out with, including wounded vets, etc, and see quite a spectrum of issues.

Try searching for a support group related to your problems, so that you can track down what is available, and see what is safe and possible to manage for others in similar circumstances.

Also, talk to your doctor to see if there is a group or prgramme that can help you, any gyms with specialised equpiment and staff, etc.

100lbs is a lot of weight to lose, and may be harmful to you, especially if not worked on slowly and carefully. Where has that number come from? Have you had the appropriate tests to see if there are any underlying hormonal issues, etc, and is your doctor aware of your intended loss?

OK, first my congratulations on wanting to improve yourself. It's not easy especially with a disability. Too many able-bodied don't realize that. With the limitation to mostly walking, I seriously suggest avoiding any anal plugs. Not in your situation with a focus on getting in better shape. Maybe later but not now.

I think motivational goals not to exceed two lbs per week. If you make that goal, you may cum. If you don't make that goal, you have to wait until you do.

In the meantime, you have to edge every other hour of non-school or work time, exempting also seven hours set aside for sleep. You also edge right before sleep and immediately when you wake up.

If you actually GAIN weight from one week to the next, you must not only lose that extra but meet the -2 lb. goal before you can cum. To help, you're going to shave your pubes. All of that! It's called motivation to stick with your program. Let it happen again and you won't want to be sitting for a while.

If you lose more than two pounds in a week, consider it a margin but you don't get to cum more than once per week. Start a graph to track your progress.

Thank you I am alrady tested for
Hormone issues but they were all negative. I was always over weighted. I guess I used my disability as an excuse to let me go.

To clarify; when I asked 'where did that number come from' I didn't mean how you put weight on. I literally mean where did 100lbs come from as the target? Is this a number you just decided on, are you working under medical advice?

Hi,

Well I'm going to ignore the fact that you are disabled and give you dares like you asked.

Every day you must walk for 30mins if on the first day you walk further than 1mile then you are ok. If not you must insert a butt plug until you go for another walk. If on your next 30min walk you walk further than the first time you are ok if not you must wear the plug until your next walk.
