I think that it would take actual moderation and an inherent distrust of the poster. Anyone posting would need to be verified (similar to gone wild subreddit). Additionally, there would need to be a consent verification for any nudes not belonging to the poster. For example, if someone loses an exposure dare, a photo would need to be included to verify their consent (such as them handwriting that they consent).

Additionally, I would say that beyond discord, some personal info would have to be obtained in these processes to maintain securely. This would make it somewhat less likely that people will maliciously act. If you obtain a working email for the person being exposed, you can then send a generic email to them, notifying them of the exposure. This way, if they later revoke consent or if they discover that it was malicious, then we could act accordingly.

All of this will takea lot of trust in the admin and mods of this service. It would also require a good amount of waiting between posting and exposure, but it could definitely be managed with the right people.

Just a thought: all this techno-philolo-law stuff, while very interesting, might just scare off all ppl willing to expose themselves.
I'm not even sure most care that much anyhow for we all know that once on the net, it's in the wild forever.
Kinky exhibitionists would even want that while other occasional ones will just wait till they trust their partner enough to send privately.
Thing is, while revenge porn is lame and just shows immature behaviour, trying to get rid of it would just be like trying to get rid of idiots with broken hearts... We'd have a better chance at trying to fix the climate in the next ten years if we tried. Humpf.

For what matters, I believe we'll have to adapt.

I have a good news for men though, there's a site out there that refuses ladies pics yet allow men ones, for they had the exact same problem and decided to stop accepting ladies. See? Even "pro" couldn't find a way around idiocy, even fueled by pain. Don't ask me for the link and do your homeworks :P

I've been looking at exposedpassion.com myself recently, and it does look promising. Unfortunately it hasn't been up very reliably. If it improves I'll be using it with my zero.
