heres an intresting one for you
insert remote vibe and give control to friend and stand with legs spread
then take two weighty objects (big books are good) and hold them out to the side keeping your arms and palms facing up parralel to the ground
start a stop clock
every time your arms drop from this posistion your friend will stop the clock and start the vibe the vibe will remain on until you raise your arms again at which point the vibe is turned off and the stop clock started again
keep this up until the stop clock reads 30mins at which point you may drop your arms and the weights

would prefer something heavier but if thats all you've got available right now see how it goes if your friend judges that it is two easy just tie a string around the cap of one bottle and then tie it to another and hang this off your hand instead.

I used my high heel leather boots. They are heavier than u think. That was a real challenge i must say. I couldnt hold it up more than 3-5 min at a time and getting more too the 30 min goal it gets harder. The bullet in between didnt help. I got very close to cumming but luckely barely i didnt cum.
