Next:
Loser finds 2 pair of old underwear for the winner to pick one pair out of. The looser now wear that underwear for 24 hours, but the winner can demand the loser cut holes anywhere in the underwear to add to its functionality.

For example, a hole for the balls so they can be kept cool, or a small hole between the legs for the dickhead so it's easy to piss without removing the underwear, or a hatch in the back so it's easy to take a shit without removing the underwear, or a hole that traps the dick between the two fabric layers in the front so it's easy to cum in the underwear with no mess.

The loser sends pics every 4 hours wearing the underwear as long as they are awake.
