A sword is a bad idea. A very bad idea. I'd use it more as a last resort or if I've given up and want to kill as many as I can before they get me. Guns way to loud and easy, picking things off from safety is great sure but what happens when the ammo is gone? i say work in teams with spears and heavy shit so you can force them down and smash the brains...but that might just be me

I don't know.. the kit is missing something. Like girls. Can't actually survive if you can't reproduce the human population.

Although shotguns do have great stoping power, they are very noisy witch, I could be wrong but zombies are attracted to noise, so unless your on the run, they're not that practical. Even then, If you use a shotgun, the shells are bulky, and take up a ton more room then, .45, .22 and 9mm bullets. All it takes is one accurate shot.

For me, I'd have two knifes, a butterfly knife, a few throwing knifes, a Winchester 73 rifle and my M1911 (silenced) my recurve bow and perhaps my Berreta 92FS.

Your scientific analysis is probably true. But, it would still be more fun to do it with a sword...
