Every hour you procrastonate on your work/ home work you
must roll a 6 sidded die and do the dare based on your roll.
1. Spank yourself 10 times for each hour spent procrastinating.
2. Do a dare in your dislikes.
3. Go a day without masterbating.
4. Spank your self 30 times.
5. Give up a hobby until you get your work done.
6. Roll 2 extra dice during the next hour.
