Rubber gloves, too tight?

Hey everyone

I just got my shoulder-high rubber gloves today.

But I found them really hard to get on. I had to reverse it, then slide it all the way up to the top to get it on. And it was kinda tight against my skin. I don't know how tight it is supposed to be or anything. Any good tips or info on this?
