EL Wire driver as E-Stim

I couldn't find any source about using EL Wire drivers as Electrostimulation devices. Is there anyone tried it before? What else can be used?

Specs seem to be safe to use and looks similar to e-stim devices, like 100-250v AC, 1-2KHz frequency.

It is not something about buying cots e-stim device, I am planning to put it in some toys in a way and there are some el driver chips that are easy to use and supports dimming(read variable shock levels) etc. I can develop my own remote controlled sub training devices or so
