Flaccid size: 1 inch
Erect size: cant measure, it dont get erect anymore... but when I used to be able to get erections, it was a whole 3 inches.

Soft all depends obviously but anywhere from just under 1" to around 1.5" although that includes foreskin which probably gives me more. If I was circumcised, I would probably be an innie as the head of my penis is about 1" long, hence when I am soft, only head sticks out. Lol. Sometimes only foreskin with no head.

Hard I am between 3.75 to 4" when hard. Standard is 3.75 but when extremely turned on it's closer to 4" and that measurement is with foreskin fully retracted.

I have an average body and take care of myself somewhat so it is not due to poor health. Hit puberty at almost 17 and didn't grow much obviously. Very little body hair and still can't get all facial hair. I am 31 too. Lol
