For next round, loser plays game of solitaire and before starting assigns a spanking implement to each suit. At the end of the game, he or she gets spanked according to the cards missing from each pile.

Face cards count for 15, numbered cards according to their value.
So at the end of the game the player had three piles fully completed but was missing the king and queen of hearts, he or she would get 30 spanks with whatever implement was assigned to hearts.
