19M here. I've been a naughty boy and am now looking for punishments. I need a couple of different punishments for a couple of different things.

Why I need Punishment One/Two:
I was not permitted to go to the toilet but I went anyway.

Why I need Punishment Three:
I was meant to wait until 9PM to shower but instead showered at 6PM.

Why I need Punishment Four:
I failed to complete my daily exercise routine.

For 3: take a cold shower tomorrow morning as soon as you wake up then go for an extra exercise session
For 4: Do 4 series of 50 naked jumping jacks with your shoes tied up to your balls, then do an extra series of 50 with a extra water bottle tied too
For 3: After the exercise you need to shower and yes it is another cold shower.

Optionally
Record proof of punishment, post them on a public website and keep them here for a week. Have a link in your sig to these vids for a week too explaining you have been punished.
