Hopefully this doesn't quite come under public as hopefully it's pretty discreet.

Walk to your nearest public toilet, take a shit and keep a teaspoon of it (however you find easiest), wipe your ass clean with your facemask and put the shit in your mouth. Pop your facemask back on and walk home.

Hopefully unless you live in a tiny town you won't see anyone you know but if you do then you'll have to swallow otherwise make it home and spit out!

Next time you have to poop, do it infront of the toilet and once you are all done you will have to move everything into the toilet bowl using only your mouth. Try to pick up every last piece with your mouth because everything left on the floor you will be cleaning with a toothbrush. Once the floor is all clean you will brush your teeth with the toothbrush but no washing beforehand.
