Here ya go:
Get your big elastic band and a way to roll 6 6 sided dice.

Before each roll decide if you are targeting your tits or clit.
Get a rubber band (or hair tie) and a way to roll 6 6 sided dice.
Before each roll decide if you are targeting your nipples or your genitals.
Roll the dice and ad them together, do that many snaps to your target.
Remove any dice that rolled a 6.
Decide your next target.
Roll remaining dice, add together, snap away.
Keep going until you have removed all the dice.

Simple but devious: get yourself a pair of handcuffs/something else with which you can lock your hands behind your back. Then attach a rope to a couple of clothes pins, place them on your body, and tie the end to something in front of you. Now lock your hands behind your back and throw the key where you can't reach it until you pull the clothes pins off.

Starter suggestions: four clothes pins on your stomach. If you survive that and have courage left, next time try one on each nipple or one on each ball.

When you already have a desire to pee, that you can take a little longer, you will roll a 24-sided dice, the result that comes out is the minutes you have to wait to be able to throw a coin. When those minutes are up you will roll a coin (in Kik it is @roll flip), if HEADS comes up you will roll a 6-sided die, that is the number of seconds you are allowed to pee at that moment. When you finish pissing those seconds, you must drink a glass of water, before re-rolling the die that will tell you how many minutes you have to wait before you can re-roll the coin. If TAILS comes up when you toss the coin, you must drink a glass of water and start the game again (roll again the die that decides the waiting minutes).
You cannot roll the dice that decides how many minutes you have to wait, without having previously drunk a glass of water.

The game ends when you really don't feel like peeing anymore and can last 2 hours without peeing.
Or when you go to sleep.
