Put a slutty outfit in a bag (short skirt, see-through top for example, no underwear of course) and use the chain & lock to secure it, no way in without the key.

Place the key some distance away from the donation bin, like a good distance away that'll take a few minutes to cover if you ran, and in a semi-public spot not completely hidden. Go the opposite direction from the bin and place the bag in a more secluded spot. Thirdly place your house/car keys somewhere else a similar distance away, but in a much more public viewable space.

Put your current outfit in the bin. So now you need to get your house/car keys, but you're naked. Do you risk it? Or do you spend more time running around to at least get some clothes on, even if they make you look like a porn star?

Well what are your limits? Are you ok with being seen? Do you want high or low risk? What do you have around you, just houses and apartments or are there stores and things.

Well with not much to go on here’s a classic:
1 get a lockable bag that needs a key to open.
2 find a bench or the like in some open place and hide the key.
3 walk about 5 minutes or more away.
4 strip, put clothes in bag and lock it
5 here you have two choices, 1 you can now walk back and get the key and be done. 2 you could get a second lock with a chain and lock the bag up so you can’t take it with you, so you have to go get the key and then walk bag to your clothes. I suggest hiding the chain key with the bag key.

go to a park or something bring a chain and lock, leave keys at home
run the chain through all the holes in your clothes and then lock it to a bench or something that cant be moved or lifted, then you have to strip from the chained clothes or rip them in order to get home naked for the keys if you want to retrieve them

Harder version
leave the key to the padlocks outside of your building hidden, and when you chain your clothes chain the key to your apartment with them so you have to go naked to the building to get the key and back to get the key to your house and clothes
