Okay, here are your rules first:
1) you may not fidget in an attempt to hold you bladder. When you find yourself doing so, you must immediately drink something. 2) every time you wash your hands, you must use cold water and your hands have to be under the water for at least 30 seconds. 3) I find that being cold helps to worsen full bladder effects.
