I did this just the other day, without even seeing the dare.

I decided I wanted to expose myself, so I went to a friend's house commando in loose pants without a belt. The pants were not so loose they would normally fall off, but when getting off couch I intentionally got up in a way that the couch pulled my pants down and I was left exposed.
