If you were able to find two of the little critters, it should be possible, with two transparent glasses/beakers to put one on each nipple.

I would say the insects. I have a real fear of them.

This reminds me of an old punishment dare I saw many years ago, I don't remember where... basically, cut out a short section of a drinking straw, then slip it into your urethra.
