After some gentle prodding I overheard that Kaiyo would like some rules for his workout.

RULE: When you are doing squats, have a buttplug in.

I'm pretty sure that we're the ones planning a workout here, and this doesn't seem like the kind of thread that makes people wear buttplugs to post somehow.
