I am a bedwetter and sometimes even wet myself during the day because I can't hold my bladder.
Today, from the time I woke up, I've had to pee only a squirt every hour. I am so desperate to pee right now. I've already leaked a little and I've been clenching a long time. Ive got required amounts to drink at certain times
Tomorrow my master is going to change it and make me empty my bladder every hour. He says this will untrain my bladder but won't make a difference because I pee myself just about everyday anyway. This is very humiliating and I'm nervous that it might work and I will no longer be potty trained.

After less than a day of bladder detraining, I wet myself at work. Fortunately, I was the only one there but I was so humiliated. I still feel embarrassed. My master is going to add this to my punishment for wetting the bed a few nights ago. He hasn't told me when he will punish me or what the punishment is. I'm really nervous.

I am in the final stage starting today. I began with 4 set pee times per day for a couple weeks. Then when I woke up one morning I had a message that beginning right when I woke up, I had to pee just a squirt every hour. I was told to update here that I wet myself outside yesterday evening. I was outside clearing snow off my car and my little girl bladder wouldn't hold out in the cold and I peed myself.

I do not have to wear diapers currently. Usually I just have to wear them to bed and sometimes as soon as I get home I have to put a diaper on.

I really had to pee before going to bed last night. it was after my last potty time for the night and my first potty time isnt until 7:14 a.m. I luckily (and humiliatingly) was made to wear a nappy to bed. These nappies are thicker and so I did not leak onto my bed but I was very embarrased to wake up with a wet nappy. It earned me 4 demerits added on to the 3 I already had. I now have 7 demerits and am now waiting to find out my punishment. I was told that my past punishments have been too soft and my next punishment will not be. I am very nervous but I deserve to be punished because I keep wetting myself.

After totaling my demerits on Sunday, I ended up with 7. I currently have toilet privileges taken away and have to use my potty. I have to put toothpaste on my peehole everyday for an hour. I also had to spank my cunt with a belt 40 times immediately before standing in the corner for 15 minutes with my hands on my head and my panties pulled down to my thighs. This was very humiliating and painful as my cunt hurt really bad and I was not able to rub it. The toothpaste really burns and I dread doing this each day. This punishment is to teach me not to pee myself like a little girl.
Unfortunately, I have not learned and my master made me update on here in order to publicize my shame and humiliation because I wet my nappy again this morning.

Unfortunately the bladder untraining is working. I will again receive punishment today as it is the end of the week and I ended up with demerits instead of merits. I peed about a squirt into my panties on the way home last night. I then put on my nappy and went to sleep. It was after 10:15 p.m. and so I wasnt allowed to pee. I woke up with a soaked nappy and still needing to pee. I have 2 hours before I'm allowed. I have not been given permission to change my nappy. I'm going to try and go back to sleep and hope I don't wet myself anymore because at this point, it will get the bed wet and that is not only more humiliating but earns me more demerits.
