Anal training wanted!

Hi! I (33/f) am looking for an anal training program, and/or someone to help me commit to it. I have several toys (beads, plugs, enemabag and dildo) but haven't been able to find any online resources that seem to fit what I am looking for.

I've played with some of the smaller toys before but never worked up to the bigger ones, so I need someone to take control and train my butt! I need someone to take control and hold me accountable if I do not commit to training.

At your age you shoould no better so the first step is to put some control into your life
Until the end of March you may not sit on a toilet seat its not difficult but will be a reminder several times of they day where you are are why

Can you give us more details what is your final goal, and what are you looking for that was not on the internet? Also what have you done in that direction?
