Prison loaf - for the very naughty slave

So this one does the rounds on other blogs every now and then, but having now tried it I can say it is an effective punishment.

You basically mix bread, carrot, spinach, something starchy and some beans together into a loaf, bake it, slice it, and serve. I ate mine out of a metal bowl with my hands.

It tastes bland as hell, and is a great reminder that you're being punished.

Especially when Master has a steak...
