(Female to male PRE-surgeries!)

Im currently 67kg, I need to get rid of 6kg. I also like it when people control me, so heres the thing:

I have to ask for a permission here to eat and you can either deny, accept or give me a task! You can not decide for me what I can eat, but things like "every cookie you have is 10 pinches on your nipples" "if you go for seconds you have to spit in it first" etc are fine.

Limits: Public, media of any sort, fasting for more than three days, permament, spanking(!!!)

May I please eat some dinner? Im making noodles, shrimp and surimi in soya sauce

Yes, but you may only eat fruits and vegetables as snacks for the 3 next day, and will not be able to use any utensils for the meal.

Also how much do you move/exercise during a day? What are your meal portions like? While changing your diet might help, I’d also not like to make it a sudden switch.
