There is a single loser, minimum of 8 participants, no max really but let's say 10 for the post so it doesn't go on forever with people posting. Loser is groups slave until at least half the group agrees to release the loser. Loser does any tasks provided from the group, within limits. Group can make loser post any pics online to kinktalk, and add anyone they see for fit to the group (thus making it harder for loser to get half)....
