(If you do not want to waste diaper s don't cut slits in them until needed

What you need to do.
1. After feeling the urge to pee hold it for an hour
2. Shove a banana up your ass and hold it for an hour
3. Shove 5 marshmallows up your ass and hold for 30 minutes
4. Shove 5 marshmallows up your ass and hold for an hour
5. Shove 2 marshmallows up your ass and hold for 1.5 hours
6. 1 and 5 and add 5 ice cubes up your ass

+ if you are successful in holding you may use the toilet
+ if you are not successful roll on the punishment table.(You should have released in diaper if you couldn't hold it
Punishments
1. Wear the diapers until you fill them all
2. Wear it until you piss 3 times
3.roll a dice to see how many times you must piss and you must poo once(enema counts if poo is in it
4. Wear it until all are full
5 wear the diaper until you piss twice and poo once (if poo in the marshmallows/banana enema you are good) ones complete you stay in it fir another hour

6. You are free to change after seeing th Same diaper for 1.5 hours
