For that, here is a few rules to follow during the week :
- You can't take shower
- You can't brush your teeth
- You can't change your clothes
- You can only pee in your pants
- You have to sweat as much as possible (do some sport, warm clothes on...)
- You have to fart as much as possible (eating beans will help you)

But also tasks to achieve your goal (do them on the last day of your smelly week) :
- All your clothes deserve pee (not only your pants) so take them all off, piss on them and put your clothes back on (don't forget to drink a lot before).
- Cheese can smell bad so poor some old cheese in your undies.
- Anchovies can also smell bad so fill the pockets of your pants with anchovies

When you're done, enjoy your smell !
