Pick a day you can do this dare on without bothering to many people:

In the morning take a piss in your bath tube. Fill it up with warm water to about half. Enjoy taking a bath in that. Wash yourself "clean" without any shampoo or such though. When done stand in the tub before getting out and let it drip off some. Don't dry yourself with a towel. But instead let yourself dry by air alone.

If you got the day after free to play keep the bath water in the tub. Every time you need to pee it will go into the tub. The next morning you may fill up the tub with some hot water to make it a nice warm bath.
