Hello getdare. I want rules
I want rules that will make me miserable, and horny, and just a mess.

I'm also looking for a master to tell me how to live my life

Let's go with that word 'mental'. At the very least this means you need time to concentrate, control your body, and think. For the next seven days both in the morning and evening, you will assume three different positions. Always complete these in your birthday suit.


1) Spread your legs wide, reach down and touch your toes.
2) Arms straight out in front of you, then knee bends.
3) Get on all fours - hands wide and feet wide but no knees on ground - stay in that position.


Start with five minutes for each little exercise. Use a timer. Every time you do this routine add one more minute for each. During this time you will concentrate on keeping your body still. Remember you will be doing this because you are special and asked for it.

Let's make it a little harder. You may edge yourself after each exercise session. But remain chaste until the end of the seventh day. It gives you more to think about.

Yes sir, I will start this tommaro morning as not to skip out on half a day, I don't understand what you mean by birthday suit, but I do own a suit that's to small for me. It squeezes my boobs, but I will wear it if you want.

Birthday suit simply means what you were wearing at the time of your birth. Since that day is your birthday, it becomes 'birthday suit'.

For just about everyone that suit is nothing. I can't speak for the very few oddball cases.
