I go to bed with a T-Shirt and boxers.

Depends on the season. I'm sleeping in fleece pajamas at the moment because the nights are cold but I feel more free just sleeping in my underwear or nude when it is hot.

Usually I sleep completely naked, occasionally I'll put a shirt on.

Started sleeping naked as soon as I went to uni (and had a dorm room). Caused the occasional embarrassing moment with dorm mates bursting into your room unexpected, but I've learned to appreciate that.

Lately my wife has been putting leather cuffs on wrist, ankles and neck. My neck is chained to the bed. My wrist are locked to collar. My ankles are locked together and chained to foot of bed. A diaper is added in case in need to go to the bathroom since i cant get up. sometimes a blindfold and ear plugs are added. She unchains me int he morning. Sometimes she adds ballet boots to. Naked under it all.

Most often I find myself wearing a lot of clothes to bed, as I easily get cold.
It can range from just leggings or shorts and a tee shirt to a full home wear outfit.

When I share my bed with a boyfriend, I like to sleep naked though. Just not alone.
