I don’t know the game well but how about this:

Keep a pen and paper next to you while you play. Every time you take damage, make a tally mark. For every 10 times you take damage, pause the game, roll a 6D, and complete the corresponding task before continuing:

1. edge once
2. pee into a glass and take two sips from that glass every time you roll this.

Alright so this is for Vice City, although if you decide to play a different GTA it'd work fine. You'll need a timer and a bit of time.

Your task is effectively a survival game - Get a full wanted level, survive as long as you can (No cheesing it by hiding in a glitch spot or anything of that calibre), and earn points for every minute you stay alive. To keep you from playing it too safe, if your wanted level drops AT ANY POINT after you begin the timer (Unless you have access to enough points to buy freedom), then all of your points are locked away and must be bought back with 10 edges.

The timer must only be started AFTER max wanted level has been reached, and the objective of the game is to earn enough points to leave the game. You are not to cum whilst in the game unless explicitly allowed to. Any multipliers which can occur at the same time are allowed to stack (EG: Holding XL dildo * Cage = 2*1.25 = 2.5x multiplier)

EARN POINTS:
1 minute = 1 point
Eating one ruined orgasm (during task) = 5 points
Holding one of your XL dildos all the way in during task = 2x points
Fucking one of your XL dildos during task = 2.5x points
Wearing chastity cage during task = 1.25x points
1 edge during task = 2 points

Spend points:
LEAVE THE GAME = 400 points
Cum during the game = 150 points - If you cum by accident, then you lose 150 points - If you don't have 150 points, then for every 3 points you're missing you must spend a day in denial after you've finished the game.
Permanent 1.5x point booster = 100 points
