Does anybody have any advice on how to cum whilst locked in a Chastity device?

I'm not owned or locked up by anybody right now so I am not trying to be sneaky, it's just the idea of cumming whilst being confined in a cage has grabbed my attention and I want to experience it.

I own a vibrating wand device which I have seen work for people but I can't even get close from it. It's worth noting that my wand is a cheaper option and not an Hitachi so maybe this could be a factor. I know some people will say Prostate massage would be a way to achieve it and believe me, that is another thing I want to experience but again, can't yet acheive.
