I think once a day is not enugh for the porpous of Insulin lactation.

Warming up your Brest before masaging and pumping is recomendend

I would encurqge you to Go talk to a doc if he can prescribe you somthing thst will hwlp with starting lactation

Oj and have 10 minutes from me

So i would say 2 times a day 30 minutes and 4 3 times 10 whenever you can

More shorter milkings should be more effective. Maybe 6 times for 15 minutes?

Ten minutes sessions around the clock would look more like breastfeeding. And even if you don't lactate, should really wear your tits out.

When I was feeding, I was pumping every hour to 3 hours. 20-30 mins
At night it was every 5 hours

I agree you should talk to a dr if you really want help and to do this
