Wear the swim suit for four days straight. Whenever you are alone you must be wearing only the suite. If you masturbate in that time it has to be in the suit which will stay with you. You may remove the suit to go to the toilet, but has to stay on for any showers.

When shopping in a clothes store (not selling bathing-suits), put on the bathing suit under your clothes. When getting into the changing room, get everything off but the bathing-suit and get out of the changing room and in front of a mirror (you can quickly walk back after that ;-) ).

If you really can't do this public; Get into your bathing-suit, and walk around the house with the blinds open during the day only wearing your bathingsuit for 2 hours.
