Sort of... I've worn this vinyl pants out to a club before and without underwear you feel naked down below for sure and you can see the outline of my cock in it even when I'm soft.

i haven't done this, but a good variation of this, for guys, would be to wear white mesh gym shorts on a sunny day without underwear. Bonus points if you get them wet. Would be mostly see-through

I have, on a couple of occasions, unknowingly at the time.

The first time, I was helping some friends move, and was wearing just a pair of spandex shorts (I had the body for it then). I was told later that without the "over shorts" I normally wore with them, that I was pretty much exposed to everyone watching. No complaints at the time.

The other time, I was at a medieval faire, wearing a pair of black linen pants. The cloth was quite a bit thinner than I realized, and I wondered why all the ladies in the camp were standing off to one side chatting while I helped the guys set up our pavilion. Once we were set up, my Lady came up to me and explained that the rest of the ladies enjoyed the view and congratulated her.

I could recount the mishaps I have had in my kilts over the years, but that wasn't the question.

Yes I have mesh shorts with the liner cut out I wear in the summer commando all the time and leave little to the imagination and have had many strange looks over the years but no one has ever been brave enough to say anything to me .

I guess it depends on what you mean by bottoms? I've worn tights and a dress w/o underwear before. But unless I lifted it up no one would see anything.

I have had the same attitude to nudity for as long as I can remember, and I was in much better physical shape at the time, so there wasn't anything to be embarrassed about.

I use to have a bathing suit that after the first swim I soon found out that it allowed a little to much visible. There where times I purposely wore them.
I also wore 40 denier black stockings as pants, no underwear, with only a shirt over them during a shopping trip.
