Place dildo on a chair near the wall/any other taller furniture so you can grab onto it and give your legs some rest. You can also place it on a wall and put a chair in front. Lean forward so your ass is higher than your shoulders and exposed to the dildo and hold on to the chair.

Get on all 4s that usually helps when placing it on a wall. Even just measure how high you need to put it on the wall
