I took the train from home to a big town. When I was about to arrive, my partner cut out the front of my pants and removed my underwear. I had a coat which was hardly long enough to hide the damage. We stayed in town the whole day and returned only when it was getting dark. When I am horny I don't care what happens to me and when my partner cut the trousers between my legs until the back of my belt I was really feeling completely naked. But nobody had seen anything ... I think.

I think so - it appears to be a (true) story, does it not? It's not asking for a dare, not giving a reply to a truth question, not suggesting it is part of a TorD Online game, not suggesting it as a dare for anyone else - so why not?
